With a BA in History, concentrated in African American History, Isis’s deep understanding of economic disenfranchisement in Black communities is not merely academic; it is personal and transformative. As a practicing financial planner, Isis brings a culturally fluent, client-centered approach to wealth management, crafting strategies that build intergenerational wealth and provide clarity and protection for individuals, entrepreneurs, and families. Her extensive experience in advisor development and operations ensures she delivers comprehensive, forward-thinking financial solutions that resonate with the unique challenges and aspirations of her clients. Joining Isis Waites as a guest speaker, Erin Willis of HSI Commercial is an accomplished commercial real estate advisor with over a decade of hands-on experience. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, she built a successful career in visual merchandising, sales, and marketing before transitioning into commercial real estate.
